The minutes of the First General Body meeting; 10th October, 2022.
The first General Body meeting was held on 10 October, 2022 at 4.00 pm after a long gap of 30 months.
Except the President Ch. Hanumanth Rao Garu all other office bearers were present in the meeting.
Every member was very happy to meet each other and they mutually greated.
The resulutions passed in the meeting are as follows;
1. To make the association stronger, the membership has to be increased; and for this each member has to join two new members in to the association.
2. As the term of the General Body is already over a new body has to be elected.
3. The election for the new body is to be conducted on 7th November, 2022 positivelly.
4. The newly elected body will take over the charge with immediate effect.
The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by General Secretary Ramanamuni Srinivasa Rao.
